Hi everyone & WELCOME to our 3rd Annual Gale Force Girls & Co Silent Auction in support ot cancer research in Atlantic Canada!

We are excited to be taking on the MUD HERO challenge again this year - our THIRD YEAR!! We are pledging to raise at least $10,000.00 for this amazing cause and we are hoping that, with your help, we can meet and EXCEED this amount.

All monies raised at this event will go towards the Beatrice Hunter Cancer Research Institute. BHCRI was created in 2009 to foster a more powerful and productive cancer research effort in Atlantic Canada, and they need our help.

Winning Bidder Payment Information

Winning bidders will be contacted at the end of the auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup/delivery of their items.

Payment Types Accepted:

  • Cash (In person only please)
  • Interac E-Mail e-Transfer (details provided to winning bidders upon request)

Cash payments can be made in-person when picking up item(s)

Winning Bidder Item Pickup/Delivery:

  • Winning Bidders can pick their items up at one of the following locations:
    • Tim Hortons - 3 Industrial Drive (Off of Millenium Drive, Behind the Esso)
    • Hampton Location TBD
    • Saint John Location TBD

GALE FORCE GIRLS & Co. Auction Terms & Conditions:

- All auction items are final sale.

- Gift certificates cannot be used to pay for auction items.

- There are no taxes on auction items.

- Name and contact information of winner will be required via private message through our Facebook page      ( www.facebook.com/galeforcegirls ) in order to confirm winning bid.

- Bids are in Canadian dollars

- A Gale Force Girls &Co. team member will contact winner to arrange payment and pick up (in Saint John & surrounding areas).

- Payment in full is required before the product is released.

- Payment accepted in the form of cash or email money transfer

- Item will be held for pick up for 48 hours only after which time the individual with the second highest bid will be contacted.

- Should you require your item(s) to be shipped (beyond Saint John & surrounding areas), there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of the shipping.

 

General Auction Information

  • The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
  • When the auction closes, all bidders will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the items they have bid on.
  • The highest bid placed on an item, by auction close, is the winner. There can only be one winner per auction item. The auction administrator (group hosting the auction) agrees to sell the item to the highest bidder.
  • You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email. The link for resending the activation code can be found in the login area.
